Lee & Associates has offices in the United States, British Columbia and Europe. Lee & Associates was founded by Bill Lee in 1979 in Orange County, California. Lee worked as a sales agent for Grubb & Ellis for 9 years before forming Lee & Associates. [3]

In 2014, Lee & Associates named Jeffrey M. Rinkov CEO and chairman of the board.[4]
