Lee Keon-jae (born August 13, 1975) is a South Korean semiconductor materials engineer and professor at KAIST. His research interests include soft electronic devices, self-generating sensors, microLED technology, neuromorphic computing, and laser-material interactions. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.[1]
Lee received the 2022 Materials Research Society of Korea Academic Award, the 2021 Deputy Prime Minister's Award, and the 2018 Young KAIST Member in the Semiconductor Materials Engineering field. His academic results have been documented in several academic journals.[2]
