Legacy of Lies is a 2020 action film directed and written by Adrian Bol, and produced by Adrian Bol, Krzysztof Solek and Alla Belaya. The film stars are Scott Adkins, Honor Kneafsey, Yuliia Sobol and Andrea Vasiliou. The film was released on VOD in the United States on July 28, 2020.[1]

Plot[edit]

Agent Martin Baxter MI6 retires after losing his wife on a failed mission. As a single father, he raises his 12-year-old daughter, Lisa, who is taken to illegal MMA fights to bet on matches, but tends to ignore his father’s tactical advice on winning. In addition, shooting is practiced in an abandoned warehouse.

Soon things go wrong when a young beautiful journalist, Sacha, asks for help in resolving an old case; Martin finds himself at the crossroads of both United Kingdom and Russian intelligence. Her daughter is abducted and detained by the KGB, Martin has only 24 hours to hand over the secret files, which also puts Sacha’s life and her own life at risk.
