Lenarr
Lenard Young, often just called Lenard, is a comedian and a video artist. He started out making short comedy videos on Vine and moved to YouTube as he learned more skills and Vine was shut down.[1][2] His videos have become very influential in pop culture along with other black comedians like CalebCity and King Vader. These artists have millions of followers on YouTube and social media sites.[3][4][5]
Lenarr uses awkwardness, facial expressions, and pop culture references to make his videos funny. Many of his popular videos are parodies.[2] He uses stares and long silences to make scenes meant to amuse viewers in the way they are uncomfortable.
Lenarr has been nominated for a Shorty Award.[6][7]
