Lenovo K3 Note is an affordable mid-range smartphone launched in March 2015 by Lenovo Group Limited. It features a 5.5-inch FHD IPS display and is powered by a 1.7 GHz 8-core (Cortex-A53) Mediatek MT6752 64-bit processor, along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage with microSD card support up to 32GB. The K3 Note differs from the Lenovo A7000 with a sharper 5.5-inch Full HD (1080p) IPS display. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with a dual LED (dual-tone) flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. The K3 Note runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) OS, which can be upgraded to Marshmallow 6.0. The dual SIM slots support both 3G and 4G. Design and Display
The K3 Note has a stylish plastic finish body and is a slim model weighing only 140 grams. It has a thickness of just 8 mm. The physical buttons are placed on the right panel. The K3 Note operates on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe as the user interface UI. Lenovo recently released the 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade to the K3 Note in March 2016. Camera & Video

Overheating has been a significant issue for some K3 Note users due to its high-capacity battery and CPU. The company claims this issue is resolved in the new Marshmallow upgrade.

The K3 Note received positive feedback upon its release. It was launched as a Flipkart exclusive product. Almost 50,000 units were sold out within just 10 seconds, and 500,000 units within two months, making it a successful mid-range smartphone.
