Leo Dijkgraaf
Leo Dijkgraaf (born 19 June 1952,[1] Rhenen) is a Dutch TV producer and former actor and puppeteer.
In 1975, he studied at the Utrecht School of the Arts.[1] After a few years working as a teacher, he chose to work in the theatre. As an actor, in 1982 he won the Hans Snoeckprijs for best Dutch actor in youth theatre.
From 1984 to 1991, he played Pino (Big Bird's little cousin) in Sesamstraat, the Dutch version of the series Sesame Street. In April 2008, he played Pino one more time (this time without package) on the NCRV programme "Knowing Me, Knowing You".[2]
From 1988 to 2000, he worked for TV, nine years of which were for "Joop van den Ende TV producties". For them, he worked as executive producer and manager of programme development. He produced and considered programme ideas for Henny Huisman, André van Duin, Ron Brandsteder, and Carlo Boszhard.
Since 2000, he has been a director with Dijkproducties B.V..[3]
