Leonardo Martín "Cuny" Proverbio (born November 14, 1989) is an Argentine ski mountaineer and mountain climber.

Proverbio was born in San Carlos de Bariloche. He studied tourism at Universidad FASTA, Mar del Plata, and lives in San Carlos de Bariloche.

  • 2007: 1st, South American Championship, individual[2]
  • 2009: 1st, South American Championship, individual[3]
  • 2006: Attempt to climb Broad Peak, 8047 meters, without reaching the summit.
  • 2010: Mount Everest summit, May 23, 8:13 am, Himalaya.
  • 2011: Solo ascent of a 6000-meter virgin mountain in the remote Hunza region of Pakistan. 3 attempts on Nanga Parbat, 8125 meters, via the Diamir face. 2 attempts on the Mazeno ridge, opening two routes, one over rock and one over ice, reaching only 500 meters below the summit.
