Lewis Bass International Engineering Services, Inc., is an American engineering services consulting company specializing in 3rd party field label, Semi S2/S8, and CE mark evaluations. Headquartered in Milpitas, California, and with sales operations in San Jose, California., the company provides safety consulting for both products and facilities, in addition to field label services worldwide.

Originally Incorporated by the company's founder and namesake, Lewis Bass, a professional safety engineer, holding degrees in both mechanical and industrial engineering, as well as a law degree, as Lewis Bass International, today the company is now known as Lewis Bass International Engineering Services.
Lewis Bass was responsible for authoring the seminary Products Liability: Design and Manufacturing Defects handbook, the basis of which became standard operating procedures for the product liability field itself.
In 1984 Lewis Bass International performed the first Third Party Electrical Equipment Evaluation required in California on semiconductor tools for AMD in Sunnyvale, California.
With the passing of Lewis Bass in 2010[1], Patricia Bass took over full-time operations at the company.

- 3rd Party Field Labeling: Field labeling is a safety review. Although its main area of interest is electrical, other important aspects of machine and operations safety are also covered in the labeling/permitting process.
- Semi S2/S8 Evaluations: SEMI S2 Guidelines were created by the leaders of the SEMI industry to ensure every piece of equipment is compliant to regulatory requirements and is checked against a high standard of safety.
- CE Mark Evaluation: CE Marking is a generic product compliance mark used and legally recognized by the twenty-seven European Union (EU) countries, the three European Free Trade Area (EFTA) countries and Switzerland.
- Safety Consulting: A product evaluation service ensures that products and equipment, manufactured by our customers, and meet and exceed all product safeguarding standards

Atlas Compliance & Engineering, a consulting firm that has been in the regulatory compliance business for more than 11 years provides LBIES with contracted regulatory EMI and EMC testing services.
Kitchell Facilities Management (Formerly VFMC) LBIES and Kitchell contract together to provide total solutions for start-ups and companies moving from and to different facilities by utilizing cost effective programs and expediency.
