Lexi Bernard
Lexi Bernard is an American beauty pageant contestant and former model/actress. She began her career working in various modeling and acting jobs throughout the Wisconsin area. She completed modeling and acting ads with Christmas Mountain, Demco, and a commercial with a local law firm. In 2009, she starred in an opening act for the Madison Area Music Awards with T.V. personality, John Urban. She attended the world-renowned IMTA competition in New York in 2008, where she placed in both sit-com and print modeling. She has modeled for Jonathan Kanye and Peach Carr of Project Runway.
After her work in professional modeling and acting, she moved onto the pageantry scene, starting with the National American Miss system. In her five-year career, she has received numerous awards, including the Dream Girls USA Wisconsin Senior High Point Championship Queen, as well as first runner-up in both the Miss Wisconsin Jr. Teen United States and National American Miss Teen Wisconsin. She is a force in the Casual Wear Modeling portion of the competition with notable outfits such as "Fifth Avenue Shopping," "A Day at the Derby," as well as "All the Glitz and Glam," which featured the infamous rip-away skirt. On April 19th, 2015, Lexi won her very first national title at the Outstanding American Miss National Pageant, in the Teen Division.
She attended high school in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, where she was a part of the Varsity Dance Team. Bernard is currently studying Mechanical Engineering at The University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. She enjoys scuba diving, dancing, and is a movie lover. In the future, she hopes to become a Walt Disney Imagineer.
