Liam McLeod

Liam McLeod (born 1979 in Aberdeen) is a Scottish football journalist, presenter and commentator currently working for BBC Scotland.

Appearing on Sportsound on BBC Radio Scotland, he has been the lead football commentator for Sportscene since 2010 making him the second-longest serving in that role behind Archie MacPherson.

McLeod formerly worked for Edinburgh-based Scot FM, Northsound Radio in Aberdeen and STV in Glasgow.

McLeod was educated at Dyce Academy, Aberdeen College and Glasgow Caledonian University.
