Liga del Norte de Futbol de Puerto Rico is an amatuer football league based in Puerto Rico. Organización Regional del Norte organizes the competition which is unrecognised by the Puerto Rican Football Federation (FPF). The league effectively acts as the second tier of Puerto Rican football.
