LimooMe (Persian: لیمومی) is an online specialized diet therapy clinic that offers slimming and health diets based on each person's traditional and modern medicine (temperament and metabolism)[1] based on scientific research.[2]
Background[edit]
The idea of a LimooMe was started in 2016 based on the knowledge and experience of a nutrition consultant,[3] "Hamid Reza Roshandel" (شماره نظام پزشکی ۳۵۴-ت)[4] and was registered in 2018 under the name of Shive Pardaran Roshan Zandegi Company (Private Joint Stock Company)[5] And then expanded scalably.
LimooMe Dieting[edit]
In lemooMe, a diet based on scientific results from Roshandel's research, which is a combination of each person's temperament and metabolism.[3] Accordingly, the only easy weight loss diet is one that balances the two parameters of temperament and metabolism.[6] Findings from the science of temperament and metabolism have shown that the type of temperament (Mizaj) and imbalance in temperament lead to different types of obesity and overeating.[7] This diet is not just a weight loss diet, but also considers the health of the person even during pregnancy and lactation and can be effective in increasing height.[8]
