Lincode Labs Inc
About Lincode
Lincode Labs Inc is an Artificial Intelligence & Industrial IoT company working towards increasing the quality delivery of manufacturing companies globally.[1] Lincode Labs Inc was founded by Rajesh Iyengar in 2017. Our goal is to help manufacturers by devising powerful technologies for Industry 4.0 that help in improving manufacturing efficiency and production capacity while meeting the desired ROI.[2] Lincode enables manufacturers to identify surface defects, identify and measure individual components, and generate real-time data about products on the production line through its flagship industry 4.0 product, the Lincode Visual Inspection System (LIVIS)[3]
History
Lincode was founded in September 2017 by Rajesh Iyengar, CEO, and Ritika Nigam, CTO, when they set out to solve the number one challenge faced by manufacturers globally – quality management.[4] Lincode started its journey with an aim to help manufacturers automate visual inspection and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by identifying product defects using artificial intelligence and deep learning.[5]
LIVIS
The Lincode proprietary no-code visual inspection system, LIVIS, detects complex visual inspection problems at higher rates of accuracy and at lower costs than major competitors, enabling manufacturers to produce more effectively at scale. LIVIS enables customers to capture, train and deploy their own custom visual inspection systems at scale with a simple user interface.[6] Users can configure the systems themselves and are suited to QA teams across various manufacturing sectors. It is suitable for any manufacturing unit that wants to quickly deploy visual inspection systems across their factories.[7]
Flagship Companies
Lincode Labs Inc has two flagship companies: Jidokah and BrandWox.[8]
Jidokah is an automation company that builds automation with cutting-edge technology for various industries like automotive, semiconductor, plastic, and food. Jidokah provides automation with AI and Robotics.[9] Apart from application-specific automation, their main products include AI-AOI Machine, Robotic Pick-and-Place cells, Fixed Camera Inspection Stations, Rotary table automation, and Universal Camera mounts.[10]
BrandWox is a digital marketing company that provides AI-driven marketing services for businesses, products and ideas. BrandWox is the Media partner of Lincode Labs Inc.
