Lindokuhle Modi (born 17 July 2004)[1] is a South African podcaster and actor. He is best known for executive producing and hosting his own podcast titled, Up Close And Alone Podcast
Early life[edit]
Modi was born in the township of Motherwell situated in the north of Gqeberha, to a family of seven before relocating to Cape Town in 2009. He attended schooling in Vergenoegd Primary then progressed to Kuils River Technical Secondary School for higher education, where he discovered his love for acting and podcasting.
Podcasting career[edit]
Modi began Up Close And Alone Podcast in 2021 after failing to find any good podcasts about youth entrepreneurship and empowerment[2]. He started the podcast in his bedroom before pitching the idea to several local TV stations.
