Lindsay Marie Brewer (born April 17, 1997) is an American professional racing driver,[2][3] fashion model and internet personality.[4][5] She currently competes in the 2021 TC America Series along with the Formula 4 Skip Barber Racing School Team.[6][7]
Early life[edit]
Lindsay Brewer was born in Arvada, Colorado, a Home Rule Municipality located in Jefferson and Adams counties.[8] Brewer began racing go-karts at age 11 when she attended was loaned a go-kart to drive and became interested in the sport.[4][5] In 2019, she graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. degree in business.[7] She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.[9]
Professional career[edit]
Lindsay Brewer took the 5th place at 2009 PSL[10] and 2011 Racing TAG Minimax Rocky Mountain Pro Kart Challenge - TAG Jr.[11]
In 2015, Brewer transitioned to full size cars[5] and won U.S. Legends Semi Pro Championship among driver 16 years old and older.[4][12][7] In 2019, Brewer participated in Las Vegas Saleen Cup GT Series as a young driver, gaining 30 points in Road America and Grand Finale rounds, where she took the 5th position among the young drivers.[13][5][14] After hiatus related to her university studies and coronavirus pandemic, Brewer joined TC America Series Race in 2021 and was in the 9th position after the first 2 rounds in March. She is sponsored in 2021 by Clubhouse Media Group along with Skip Barber Racing School.[2][7]
Modeling[edit]
Outside of car racing, Brewer is a social influencer and model.[15][16] As of April 2021, Brewer had 1.4 million followers on Instagram and over 0.4 million subscribers on TikTok.[17][18]
Harassment[edit]
According to the New York Post and other sources, Lindsay was a victim of sexual harassment online as a result of her publicity on social media and in modeling business.[19][20][21][22]
