Lionel D Smith is a Canadian legal academic who is Downing Professor of the Laws of England and Director of the Cambridge Private Law Centre at the University of Cambridge.[1] He is known for his contributions to English law on the law of tracing, fiduciary law, unjust enrichment and comparative law in general.[2]
