She is the daughter to her mother, Helga Rodriguez-Glover, a construction project superintendent, and her father Eric Glover, president of Pinnacle Construction & Development. She was raised in Huber Heights, Ohio with her three elder sisters, Erika Pugh (Glover), Christina Glover, and Jessica Glover. Lisa graduated from Wayne High School in Dayton.
Career
In 2024, Lisa made her directorial debut[8] with Ain’t Misbehavin’ at the Short North Stage in Columbus, Ohio. The production offered a nuanced portrayal of the Roaring Twenties through the music of Fats Waller, blending entertainment with historical depth. Lisa aimed to challenge audiences' perceptions of the era, highlighting both its vibrancy and underlying struggles.
