This article lists all expressways in the Canadian province of Manitoba. None of these routes, except sections of Highway 1 and the Perimeter Highway, are currently freeways.
Provincial Highways[edit]
- Provincial Highways 100/101 (Perimeter Highway) ~ (Beltway)
- Highway 190 (CentrePort Canada Way) ~ Entire route
- Highway 59 ~ Provincial Road 210 to Brokenhead Indian Reserve
- Highway 1 ~ Entire route. There are also two sections of full freeway located in:
- Portage la Prairie Bypass ~ Highway 26 to Highway 1A
- SE Manitoba ~ Highway 301 to Ontario-Manitoba border (2-lane undivided)
- Highway 29 ~ Entire route (renumbered as Highway 75)
- Highway 12 ~ (Two sections):
- Provincial Road 311 to Highway 1
- Multiplex with Highway 44 to Beausejour
- Highway 44 ~ Beausejour to Highway 59 near Lockport
- Highway 8 ~ Winnipeg City Limits (north) to Provincial Road 230
- Highway 7 ~ Winnipeg City Limits to Highway 67
- Highway 14 ~ Highway 32 to Highway 3
- Highway 3 ~ Highway 14 to Morden, Manitoba

- Route 165 (Bishop Grandin Blvd.) ~ Route 20 to Route 90
- Route 96 (Charleswood Parkway) ~ Entire Route
- Route 17 (Chief Peguis Trail) ~ Entire Route
- Route 135 (Fermor Ave.) ~ Route 20 to Perimeter Highway
Proposed expressways[edit]
- Upgrading of Highway 75 to expressway status
- Twinning and upgrading Highway 59 to expressway status (Perimeter Highway to Highway 52).
- Twinning & upgrading of Highway 16 to expressway status
- Upgrading the rest of Highway 1 as an expressway
- Extension of Route 17 as an expressway
- Twinning, extending, and upgrading Highway 110 as an expressway.
