Turkey's "Cumjuriyet" printed "Charlie Hebdo" cartoons prior to the attack, but didn't print duplicate covers which depicted the prophet Muhammad. The paper's office was raided by police, preventing the issues from being distributed until it became clear that the cover image wasn’t included.[5]
