This is a chronological list of casts of New York City Ballet co-founder and founding choreographer George Balanchine's Tarantella, made to Louis Moreau Gottschalk's Grande Tarantelle, Op. 67, for piano and orchestra (ca. 1858-64), reconstructed and orchestrated by Hershy Kay. The premiere took place January 7, 1964, at City Center of Music and Drama, New York.
