This is a list of all managers who have appeared in the UEFA Women's Championship, the main competition in women's association football between national teams of the UEFA confederation.

In total, over 60 individuals have managed a team in at least one match in the championship. Four managers taking part in four editions of the tournament - Gero Bisanz (Germany, 1989–1995), Sergio Guenza (Italy, 1989–1993, 1997), Even Pellerud (Norway, 1991–1995, 2013) and Hope Powell (England, 2001–2013). Powell also holds the records for both most matches managed (15, together with Tina Theune), most matches lost (8) and youngest manager to appear in the competition (34 years old). The oldest is Kenny Shiels, who was in charge of Northern Ireland at age 66 in 2022.

While many of the participating nations have on one or more occasions employed foreign managers for the championship, the team with the most appearances, Italy have always been led by natives.

As per statistical convention in football, matches decided in extra time are counted as wins and losses, while matches decided by penalty shoot-outs are counted as draws.
