The list of national football teams with no appearances in the AFC Asian Cups includes any men's national football team who have participated in the qualifying rounds for the AFC Asian Cup, but have never qualified for the main tournament.[1]
The teams who have not qualified are listed alphabetically.

- Chinese Taipei played as the Republic of China in the 1964 and 1976 Asian Cup.
- Timor-Leste are banned from qualifying for the 2023 Asian Cup for using 12 ineligible players between 2011-2017 and providing false documents. [2]
