Lite Claw
The Lite Claw is an American cocktail made from 3 parts light beer (pilsner) and two parts hard seltzer. Invented by amateur mixologist William Oresick in 2021, the Lite Claw is a refreshing summer drink, in the style of a Shandy, and is garnished with an orange or lemon slice.
History
Oresick was sampling different seltzers one night, and mistakenly referred to White Claw as Lite Claw, and the idea took hold. After careful experimentation, he settled on the 3/2 ratio, and the Lite Claw was born.
