Lito Sousa

Joselito Geraldo de Sousa, also known as Lito Sousa (born January 25, 1967), is a Brazilian aviation specialist. He is a private pilot, aviation mechanic and air safety specialist, having worked as a mechanic and flight supervisor at major companies such as Varig, Transbrasil and United Airlines.

Carreer

Lito began his career with a technical course in the Brazilian Air Force (FAB). He runs the Aviões e Músicas YouTube channel, the largest aviation channel on the platform by audience, where he publishes videos "demystifying the mysteries of aviation". In 2021, he became a licensed pilot. His career trajectory was documented in the series Decola Lito.

"Sem Medo de Voar" Course

In 2022, Lito Sousa launched the online course Sem Medo de Voar ("Fearless Flying"), available on the website medodevoar.com.br. Aimed at people who suffer from aerophobia (fear of flying), the course comprises 14 modules with over 19 hours of video content.
