Kristina Shcherbinina, better known by the stage name Liya Silver (Russian: Кристи́на Щерби́нина and Ли́я Си́львер), born 25 February 1999 in Saint Petersburg, is a Russian model and pornographic actress. Of Kyrgyz origins, she began her career at the age of 18. Liya Silver has collaborated with the companies Vixen, Jules Jordan and Penthouse, among others. Throughout her career, she has made over seventy films.[1]Liya Silver is part of a new generation of pornographic actresses who started their career in the late 2010s, such as Autumn Falls, Gabbie Carter or Kylie Page.

Liya Silver was born on 25 February 1999 in Saint Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast, Russian Federation. She spent part of her childhood with her mother in Kyrgyzstan, and then moved to St. Petersburg with her father for her studies. She was a model during her college years. There is little information about his private life.[2]
In a March 2020 interview with AVN journalist Dan Miller, , Silver said she got into porn after getting out of a relationship:
“I was disappointed. It was a really boring life. I wanted action. Also I wanted PR, so that people talk about me. I always loved men's attention,” Silver admitted. “I like a lot in my work—traveling, sex, money, the emotions that I get, and making new friends.”[3]

In May 2018, at the age of 19, she started working for the pornographic industry and with European and American studios, such as Tushy and Blacked studios (part of Vixen Media Group), owned by French entrepreneur Greg Lansky. Her first film was Alone in Mykonos, in which she played with Christian Clay.
In October 2018, she came to public attention with the feature film First Anal #7. She stars alongside Izzy Lush, Paige Owens and Emily Willis. This is her first anal scene. From 2019 onwards, she began collaborating with Dorcel, shooting her first pornographic scene for the group in April with actor Ricky Mancini as partner. She shot the film A Night in Paris in October 2019, which featured several actresses of different nationalities: the American Adriana Chechnik, the Serbian Cherry Kiss, the Russian-French Anna Polina and the German Anny Aurora. The film, directed by Hervé Bodilis and produced by Dorcel Studios, is the biggest European pornographic film budget of 2019. In June 2020, the success of One Night in Paris prompted Dorcel's producers to make One Night in Budapest, which has a similar concept and story (a night of partying and going out in a European capital which then leads to sex between girls) but the casting was different and Liya Silver was not involved.[4]
In March 2021, Liya Silver began working with Penthouse, where she shot lesbian scenes with Candy Alexa and Alyssia Kent and heterosexual scenes with actors Raul Costa and Kai Taylor. Meanwhile, she is also filming Facinating with Clea Gaultier and Little Caprice, a lesbian threesome. The film is produced by Czech actress and producer Little Caprice and her partner Marcello Bravo. Filming took place in Vienna, Austria, which is the main place for the productions of Little Caprice and Marcello Bravo. Little Caprice and Liya Silver both previously performed together in Tender Kiss.
In September 2021 she won the XBIZ Awards for the best galmcore scene of the year for the film Après Ski, along with Alberto Blanco.[5][6]

Since 2020, Liya Silver has been participating with Little Caprice in the online sex video game Cunt Empire.[7] According to an interview with Little Caprice in the German newspaper Venus Adult News in September 2020:
"This year's AVN Award winner in the "Best Foreign Performer" category, Little Caprice, and her partner and life partner Marcello Bravo, who is also internationally successful, are at the centre of an anime computer game called "Cunt Empire", created by the makers of the blockbuster game Cunt Wars.
