Liz Leffman
Liz Leffman is an English businesswoman and politician who is chair of the English Liberal Democrats, the state party within the federal Liberal Democrats that operates in England.[1] She was the Liberal Democrat candidate for Witney in the 2005 general election, the by-election held in 2016 following the resignation of David Cameron from the House of Commons and in the 2017 general election.[2][3] She was elected to West Oxfordshire District Council in 2012, where she is deputy leader of the Liberal Democrat group;[4] and to Oxfordshire County Council in 2017, taking the seat from the Conservative council's previous deputy leader Rodney Rose.
