Liz Trinnear

Liz Trinnear is a Canadian television personality who currently works as the L.A. Correspondent for CTV's, eTalk.[1] Formerly, Trinnear was a special Correspondent and Reporter for the program.

Originally from London, Ont.,[2] Trinnear became the newest MuchMusic VJ[3] in 2009, following her role as a summer cruiser personality for Corus Radio.

Trinnear co-hosted The Much Music Video Awards (MMVA) Red Carpet Special from 2012-2014, the Much Countdown, and Today’s Top 10, among others. Since 2015, Trinnear has co-hosted the iHeartRadio MMVAs alongside multi-platinum selling artist Ed Sheeran[4], international supermodel Gigi Hadid[5], Canadian singer-songwriter Alessia Cara, and DNCE’s Joe Jonas. She has also covered major events and award shows, including the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games, the JUNO Awards, Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards® Red Carpet, Emmy® Awards Red Carpet, Grammy Awards®, Toronto Fashion Week, Toronto International Film Festival®, MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS (VMAs), and New York Fashion Week.

Trinnear has interviewed Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Adam Levine, David Beckham, Quentin Tarantino, Chloe Grace Moretz, Demi Lovato, Ed Sheeran, Big Sean, James Franco, Will Ferrell, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Anniston, and Jake Gyllenhall.

In 2019, Trinnear became the host of CTV’s hit music series, The Launch for its second season[6], and in the same year, she also appeared on The Bold & The Beautiful[7] as a wardrobe assistant named, Jenny.

Trinnear has a skin condition called Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)[8], and publically shares her experience with the condition.
