Lizzie Stark (born 1981) is an American author and journalist.
Career
She holds an MS in journalism from Columbia University and an MFA in fiction writing from Emerson College. In 2013, she was awarded a residency at the Yaddo colony.[1]

Leaving Mundania
In May 2012, Stark's first book, Leaving Mundania: Inside the Transformative World of Live Action Role Playing Games, was published by Chicago Review Press.
Pandora's DNA
Inspired by her own family's experience with hereditary breast cancer, including her own prophylactic double mastectomy at age 28, Stark wrote her new book. In October 2014, Pandora's DNA: Tracing the Breast Cancer Genes Through History, Science, and One Family Tree, was published.
