Logistics Bureau is a management consulting company established in 1997 focused solely on logistics and the supply chain. The company serves clients worldwide[1][not in citation given] and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.[2][3]
Rob O'Byrne is the founder of the company and now serves as owner and Group Managing Director.[4][5] He is a member of the Logistics Association of Australia[6] and a frequent speaker[7] on the topics of logistics and supply chain management.[8][9][10] He has also served as a judge for Logistics and Materials Handing magazine's Mercury Awards.[11]
The company branched out to southeastern Asia in 1999 and launched Benchmarking Success in 2004.[12] Logistics Bureau acquired Dawson Consulting in 2007.[13] As of their fifteenth anniversary in 2012, the company had completed over 1,200 projects in 23 countries saving clients over $1.87 Billion AUD.[14][not in citation given]
