Lokhandwala Infrastructure is an Indian multinational real estate company headquartered in Mumbai, India. Over the last three decades the group has developed several residential and commercial projects in Mumbai and internationally in Dubai. 

Lady Residency, Lokhandwala Zahra, Lokhandwala Galaxy, Queens Court, Empress Court, Harmony and Victoria are some of the notable residential projects developed by the company in South Mumbai. Business Bay is a commercial project built in Andheri-Kurla. Lokhandwala Infrastructure has also built remarkable projects in Dubai such as, Belvedere, Eden Gardens, Sports City and K. Lady Ratan Manor. The company is currently developing Lokhandwala Minerva, the 91 storey, the tallest Tower in Mumbai.

History and management: The Lokhandwala Group diversified into Real Estate in 1978 by the name of Lokhandwala Infrastructure which is a professionally managed ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company. Lokhandwala Infrastructure was founded by Mr. Mohammed Lokhandwala. Mr. M. A. Lokhandwala, has been the driving force behind Lokhandwala Group for the last 55 years. He is the pioneer of the slum redevelopment concept and has given better homes to over 8000 families.

Management: Mr. Mohammed Lokhandwala is the chairman of the company. Mr. Aliasgar Lokhandwala, is the MD of the company. He is an MBA graduate in Marketing & Corporate Finance from Drake University, USA. He has business experience of 24 years including over 22 years in the real estate business. He also has to his credit ‘The Young achiever of the year - 2005’ award of Accommodation Times. Late Mr. Moeiz Lokhandwala was also the MD of the company who was also associated with several social causes like rehabilitation of slums and beautification projects in Mumbai. He had to his credit ‘The Young achiever of the year -2003’ & 2007 awards of Accommodation Times.

Flagship Project:

Lokhandwala Minerva is known to be the tallest tower in Mumbai with 91 storeys and approximately 1000 ft tall and offers 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK apartments. The project has an amenity area of around 20,000 sq ft area. Lokhandwala Infrastructure has tied up with the following partners to construct this project.
