Looksmaxxing is a TikTok trend which promotes doing things like eating healthy, exercising, doing skin-care and other habits to improve your looks. Mewing is another branch of Looksmaxxing in which you place your tongue at the roof of your mouth (It is believed that this technique will improve your jaw). Some examples of Looksmaxxing influencers are Syrianpsycho, who has 1.2 million followers, and Dillon Latham, who has 1.3 million followers. Looksmaxxing is very popular in teenagers, aged 14 to 18 years old.[1]
