Lori Lee Shemek (born January 2, 1958) is an American author and a certified life coach. She focuses on creating global awareness of low-level inflammation.[1]

Family

During her childhood, her family shifted from the West Coast to the Midwest. However, she currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Albert.[2]

She intuitively knew the power of living a healthy lifestyle since her early childhood, due to her mother's poor health. This inspired her to become a renowned nutritional consultant and paved the way for her to become a certified life coach.[3]
