Lotu Filipine (born 27 August 1980,[1] in Tofua, Tonga) is a rugby union footballer. He plays at flanker. He currently plays with the IBM Big Blue in the Japanese Top League.[citation needed]
Filipine played for Tonga in the 2007 World Cup.[2]
