Louise Mary Taylor (born October 30, 1965) is an American businesswoman and entrepreneur.[1][2][3]

Taylor is a New York native whose upbringing provided her the strong work ethic and hustler's mentality to take a chance on herself with the knowledge and skills she possessed to start her own Business Management firm. Taylor is CEO of Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, which she established in 1992.

She splits her time between her two offices in West Hollywood, CA, and Nashville, TN, steadily growing her team of 100+ employees. In an industry that has been widely dominated by males, Lou is a powerful female presence and has a list of accomplishments to back it up.

She represents some of the biggest names in the music, sports, and entertainment business. Her clients for TriStar include Steve Tyler, Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani, Priyanka Chopra, Meghan Trainor, Florida Georgia Line, Reba McEntire, Jason Derulo among others. Niki Taylor is one of her former clients. A Hollywood Reporter article refers to her as "redefining what business management means in the 21st Century." [4][5]

Most recently, Taylor has been featured on Billboard's & The Hollywood Reporter's "Top Business Managers" lists, Billboard's "R&B/Hip Hop Power Players," Billboard's "Women In Music", Billboard's "Country Power Players" and Variety's "Business Managers Elite" list.

Taylor’s strength is in her commitment to her client’s best interest and providing all aspects of business management services. Her goal for all Tri Star clients is to be financially healthy both during, and beyond their careers as performers/athletes. Lou believes to build and maintain a successful company, “you need to have the right place, the right people, and the right plan.”
