Louis "Lou" Giordano (born November 10, 1981, Bloomfield, New Jersey) is a weight management specialist, Pilates coach, fitness expert, motivational speaker and personal trainer.
Giordano was raised in Freehold, New Jersey. He wrestled in high school, becoming district champion and finishing the season with a 25-5 record.[1]
In 2003, Giordano was hired to be a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Whippany, New Jersey, and eventually became the General Manager.
He managed professional fighter Manny Walo's weight from 215 to 170 in 5 weeks for his WSOF debut. He also managed UFC fighter Eddie Gordon's weight from 221 to 185.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
