Louise-Marie von Eppinghoven

Louise-Marie Alexandrine Ferdinande d'Eppinghoven (Lison) was born on the 4th January 1894 in Wiesbaden (Germany) and died of cancer on the 3rd of April 1966 in Etterbeek, Belgium. She was the granddaughter of King Leopold I of Belgium – her parents were Annie Lydia Louise Elizabeth d'Eppinghoven (née Harris) and Arthur Chretien Frederic d'Eppinghoven.[1] Arthur was the illegitimate son of Leopold and his mistress Arcadie Arcadie Claret. Annie's father was Sir James Harris, British Consul in Nice.[2]
