Love Connection is an IMVU dating competition show which is similar to the Bachelor, which debuted on September 21, 2018. The show revolves around a single bachelor who has a group of single girls competing for his love and affection. Season one started on September 21, 2018 with 16 girls competing for Jose and Jimmy. On October 18, 2018 Jimmy picked Jana to be his girlfriend.
Format[edit]
Each week there will be weekly challenges for the women to compete in. Some of the challenges were based on situations that they might encounter if chosen to be the bachelor鈥檚 girlfriend. The girls who wins the weekly challenges will have a chance to go on group dates or solo dates. At the end of each week there is an Rose ceremony where the bachelors hands out roses to the girls to continue on in the competition and the girls who do not receive a rose would be sent home. The final 3 girls to make it to the end will face the bachelor in one last elimination where the bachelor choose which girl he wants to bang

The first season started off with Bachelor Marc who faced controversy shortly in the show after showing favoritism with Jessica and calling a contestant a "Bitch". He also just broken up with a girlfriend who found out he agreed to do a love competition show behind her back. After Marc left the show during the second week, a new bachelor came to take over, Bachelor Jimmy. Jimmy ultimately picked Janna (summer) in the finale.

The second season starred gothic socialite Joe (@xxMrHammerxx) and his journey in finding love out of 16 IMVU bachelorettes. on February 10, 2019 Gigi was declared the winner of the show. Originally a bachelor named Aston, was supposed to star as the lead role back in November 2018, But he dropped out of the role during the same day as filming begun. A new host and producer was hired and got a new bachelor, Lorenzo and completed the series. But in late January of 2019, Amy decided to bring the cast back to film the season over with a real bachelor, which was Joe.

The third season which took place in Panama City, Florida and starred the first British bachelor, Danny. This season also featured the first returning bachelorette who competed in the First Season, which was Mallory. Half of the girls wasn't feeling Danny so a second bachelor was introduced which was Toxic who is from India. On April 24, 2019, Danny reveal that he picked Jojo over Sophia to be his girl-friend, while Toxic picked Kiera.

The fourth season feature recording artist Isaiah from Houston Texas looking for his next bae, but was soon replaced by Quentin who competed on the first season of Love Games. At the finale Quentin ultimately left the show single just as he came in after a heated altercation with Tovah.

The fifth season which features Jeremy who is a Florida native living in Pennsylvania. He travels around the world with 20 girls experiencing different cultures while finding this perfect match. On February 1st, 2020 Jeremy gave his final rose to Jenn猫. They seem to be really happy but according to Jenn茅, Jeremy ghosted her and went away from Instagram for months and they ultimately lost a connection.

Hip hop Recording artist, Rafiq from Philadelphia who has 20 girls fighting for his love. This season takes place in Atlanta, Georgia. On June 11th, 2020, Rahfiq gave his final rose to Monica Domaine, but broke up shortly after filming wrapped up.

In December 2020, it was announced that Steven Donahue from Paradise Hotel would be casted as the lead for the seventh season. 25 girls were casted for Steven but he ultimately left the show during the second week and was replaced by 25 year old, Conner Kendrick from Bangladesh. On March 2021 he picked Taelyn, former Paradise Hotel 2 contestant, to be his winner. The two ended their romantic relationship but remained friends.

In January 2022, Season 8 premiered starring IMVU rapper Lamore and 20 girls competing for his love. The show was axed mid way through when it was exposed that Angie and Dakota posed as Vanni and Gigi. Following the scandal, Emily from season 3 was exposed for being JC Alexander's BTA and was also exposed for agedly trying to meet up with a 13 year boy. Production for all shows was on a indefinite hiatus. In February 2024, it was announced that Love Connection would be returning for the 8th season, and casting was in progress. early April the official poster of the bachelor was released and then on April 17, 2024 the day the show would begin, the bachelor was watch with Ian from virtualcbs. Cece who competed on the original season 8 back in 2022 is back as a contestant. On May 26, 2024, it was announced the Talia was the winner of the show.
