Love Without Boundaries (LWB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Federal ID 06-1710161) that provides education, foster care, medical care, and nutrition programs for impoverished and orphaned children. The organization was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Florida. In 2024, financial donations were received from 28 countries around the globe, and over 600 team members—volunteers, part-time and full-time employees—from 17 different countries worked on LWB projects.[3]

As of 2025, LWB has extensive, ongoing programs in five countries—Cambodia, China, India, Guatemala and Uganda. Since 2003 LWB has provided aid to children from 22 countries around the world including: Cambodia, China, India, Guatemala, Uganda, Malawi, Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Myanmar, Belize, Thailand, Mongolia, Ukraine, United States, Philippines, Vietnam, Haiti, Iraq, Bolivia, Malaysia and Zimbabwe.[3]

An independent audit of Love Without Boundaries's finances is conducted annually by Padden Cooper LLC, and the results are published in the organization's Annual Financial Statements.

LWB holds a Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator.

LWB was awarded a 2025 Platinum Seal of Transparency rating from Guidestar Charity Check.

LWB is a 2024 Top Rated Nonprofit with 5/5 stars on GreatNonprofits.

Impact

Since the organization was founded in 2003, LWB has helped provide medical care, foster care, education, nutrition, child trafficking aid, and family reunification for over 180,000 children in 21 countries worldwide.[3]

LWB conducts multiple fundraising efforts annually for special efforts such as cardiac care, cleft and hernia surgery "camps", Foster Parents Training, Water is Life, etc. LWB is a participant in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).
