In 1999, during the privatization of the soccer club LOSC [3], he created the company Socle SA, holding owner of LOSC SASP. He is the President of LOSC, which becomes champion of L2, then 3rd Ligue 1, and a qualification in Champion's League. He left the operational presidency when the club was at the top of the Ligue 1 championship to take the presidency of the holding company SOCLE.
At the same time, his agency WND Sport participates as an expert company in almost all rescue or restructuring projects of French soccer clubs [4]., including AS Cannes (2001), OGC Nice (2002), AS Saint Étienne (2003), Le Mans (MUC 72, 2004), Rennes and Valenciennes (VAFC). Concerning OGC Nice, he piloted the rescue operation of the club by creating the OCCIGEN company regrouping the Nice shareholders federated by Maurice Cohen and the PROGAMA company. In 2004-5, he sold his shares in WND Sport to Michel Seydoux and Financière Partouche.
Associated with Jacques Attali, he created the company Walkphone which developed the first cell phone equipped with an FM radio (manufactured by Sagem and marketed by SFR). On a personal basis, he bought the Beauvallon Tennis Club (near Sainte Maxime) in co-ownership with Stefan Edberg and Arnaud Deleval.
He then created Business to Sport SAS to develop a project for a new professional club in Île-de-France from Entente Sannois Saint-Gratien (Val d'Oise). He led a consulting and assistance mission for the soccer club of the royal family of Qatar (AL SADD).
In 2006, he developed the GPS (Grand Paris Sportif) project, which brought together several investors, including Qatari shareholders close to the royal family, Morgan Stanley, Tocqueville Finance and French individual shareholders, and try to buy the PSG, but was finally rejected.
In 2007, he was mandated to lead, with Natixis Finance, the sale by Socpresse of its stake in FC Nantes.
From 2008 to 2010, he tried to set up Citesport in the Plaine de France area at the request of the deputy mayor of Sarcelles. In 2009, Vikash Dhorasoo replaces Luc Dayan as President of Entente Sannois-Saint-Gratien. In 2010, he was replaced by Jean-Claude Plessis as President of FC Strasbourg.

In 2014, he participated in the rescue of Valenciennes (VAFC) at the request of Jean Louis Borloo, who gave up his seat to the latter two months later.
In 2017 he intervened after the bankruptcy of Sporting Club de Bastia by proposing the creation of a SCIC (“Société Coopérative d'Intérêt Collectif” ) to the new directors of the Association. The goal was to associate the fans to the club management. [5] The SCIC will be created a few months later.
