Lucas Aurelio Phayre-Gonzalez is a Spanish-American actor. He has worked off-Broadway with The Public Theater,[1] The New York Musical Festival,[2] and on a number of television and film productions.[3] He is set to appear in the new upcoming Amazon TV series The Power based on Naomi Alderman's novel of the same name.[4]

Early life and education

Lucas grew up in Albany, New York while traveling to Madrid in the summers to see his family and improve his Spanish. In his early years, he spent his time participating in athletics, music, dance, and school drama productions. After high school, Lucas attended drama school, graduating from Russell Sage College in the city of Troy, New York.[5] While in school, he spent time acting in and around New York City, from performing off-Broadway to working in TV and Film.[6] He is also fluent in Spanish.
