Lucas Luiz Scalon (born 20 September 1995) is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Indian club Chennai City mainly as a centre back.

Career

A graduate of the youth setup of Chapecoense, Scalon was promoted to the senior squad in January 2016.[1][2] In November 2016, an aeroplane carrying Chapecoense players crashed in Colombia, killing almost all the players who boarded the plane.[3][4] He did not board the plane.[5] On 10 February 2017, he made his senior debut, featuring in a 1–0 defeat against Cruzeiro in Primeira Liga.[6]

On 6 September 2017, Scalon moved abroad, signing for Indian club Chennai City.[7]
