Lucia Zurkinden

Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". Lucia Zurkinden (born June 20, 1991) is a Moldovan-Romanian actress and model.

Lucia started her artistic career with classical ballet at the age of eight at the Soarele Ballet Studio in Chisinau, Moldova. In 2009, she started acting in music videos and commercials and in 2010 she participated as a ballerina at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2014, she moved to London, United Kingdom to work for the Discovery Channel UK. Simultaneously she gained experience acting in music videos, short films, and TV series, such as The Crown on Netflix. Starting with 2021, Lucia did theatre in French at Theatre de la Cité in Fribourg, Switzerland, and continued to study acting with several schools. Among them were the Lee Strasberg Institute for Theatre and Film, Drama Inc., Houde School of Acting in the United States and Bow Street Academy in Ireland, where she trained with Gerry Grennell. In 2023, Lucia auditioned for The Gray House in Bucharest, Romania, and started collaborations with American production companies established in Romania.

Lucia was International Ms Switzerland 2023 and worked with the designer and producer Andres Acquino at the New York Fashion Week. Their collaboration continued at the Global Short Film Awards & Luxury Fashion Show held during the world-famous Cannes Film Festival, and at the Formula 1 Grand Prix event in Monaco in 2024.
