Lucy Witherspoon (born March 6, 1986) is an American actress and singer. She is best known for playing Emily from Gullah Gullah Island from 1995 to 2000 and as Mister Noodle’s cousin Miss Noodle on Sesame Street's Elmo's World since 2002. She met William Jackson Harper in his film debut The Great Detective (2007) and got married on November 23rd of the same year. She also appeared in the Warner Bros. animated franchise The Great Pretender.
