Lucy Witherspoon (born March 6, 1986) is an American actress and singer. She is best known for Emily from Gullah Gullah Island from 1995 to 2000 and Sesame Street's Elmo's World as the Mister Noodle’s cousin Miss Noodle since 2002. She met William Jackson Harper in his film debut The Great Detective (2007) and got married on the same year November 23rd. She also appeared on the Warner Bros. animated franchise The Great Pretender.
