Luke Chapman
Luke Chapman (born c. 1993) is a British Conservative politician serving as councillor for Snodland East & Ham Hill on Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, Kent. He has previously served on Aylesford Parish Council.
Early life and career
Luke Chapman was born and raised in Snodland, Kent. He briefly attended Aylesford before returning to his hometown.
