Luo Yuchang (Chinese: 羅裕昌; February 19, 1920 – September 20, 2012) was a Chinese electrical engineer. Beginning in 1966, he played a key role in Taiwan's Ten Major Construction Projects, serving as the chief engineer of the railway electrification project. Due to his contributions, he is widely recognized as the "Father of Taiwan Railway Electrification."[1][2][3]
Luo was married to the renowned writer Chi Pang-yuan; they have 3 sons together.
