Mansour was born in Capilla de Guadalupe, Mexico to Natalia Márquez and José de Jesús Lozano, being the first of two children; she has a younger brother. She spent her early years in this town before her family had an economic break-down and her father had to move to the United States to look for better conditions of life provived by the strawberry picking job. At age 6, her family managed to reach her father in the United States and then moved there, specifically to California. Later on, her parents had different jobs to support the family such as waiting, factory working and cleaning.
Her father taught her and her brother to work hard so one day they could be independent people. In her adolescense, she had two jobs to support the family and became interested in the real estate bussiness.
