Lviv through the ages is a book that presents the history of the first major fortifications, churches, cathedrals in Lviv, Ukraine in the fourteenth to eighteenth centuries. It covers the events in the region and the world; princely and royal ruling dynasties and their contribution to the development of the city; watch the KLEINOD kings of Russia. Each object, referred to in the book, is illustrated by 106 copyright reconstructions. The locations of all objects are also given on the map of Lviv 1750, 1766, 1777. Pictures of the overall appearance of the city help to make the three colored plastic inserts depicting princely city panoramas, Gothic and mid XVIII. To understand the dynastic ties rulers Galicia color table presents selected pedigrees.
The book is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the author's plastic panorama city Janusz Witwicki.
