Education
Dr. Busso completed his medical degree[4][5] at the University of Buenos Aires[6][7] in 1984. Following this, he undertook an internship in Internal Medicine at Durand University Hospital in Buenos Aires from 1985 to 1986. He then completed a fellowship in Dermatology at Muniz Infectious Disease University Hospital from 1986 to 1987. [8]
In the United States, Dr. Busso began his research career as an associate in the Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida, from 1987 to 1990. He also completed an internship in General Surgery at the same institution before returning to the University of Miami for a Dermatology fellowship, which he completed in 1994. [9] [10]
Academic and Clinical Career
From 1994 to 2001, Dr. Busso served as a Clinical Instructor[11][12] in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Miami. He later became a Voluntary Assistant Clinical Professor at the same institution from 2001 to 2008.
