He is Founder Geniusplug Technology, Bangladesh Todays, and Co-Founder, Genius IT Institute MD Roman Sarkar is a very talented and one of the most famous and noted entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. He is the founder of Geniusplug Technology, Genius IT Institute, and he started this startup right after completing his Diploma Engineering from SPI in 2018. Currently, Geniusplug Technology is one of the leading software companies in Bangladesh and provides services nationwide and internationally. Geniusplug Technology has become a Global name in the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Canada, UK, USA, Israel, and the Middle East countries. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, Geniusplug Technology was awarded as one of Bangladesh's top 100 software outsourcing companies.

Early Life

MD Roman Sarkar was born on 1999 in Bogura, Bangladesh. Roman Sarkar grew up in a middle-class family with two brothers, him being the youngest one. His father was a businessman, and his mother was a housewife's kid. Roman Sarkar was dreamed of becoming a professional cyber specialist. He even participated in several programs, honing his all-rounder skills. But his family pushed him to focus more on studying rather than the research. Roman Sarkar was 17 years old and decided to start his career in order to support his family. Upon moving to Dhaka.

Career

MD Roman Sarkar started his career as a teenager to financially support his family. To do so, he moved to Dhaka began hunting for job opportunities. He took up several temporary jobs to keep a steady income and help his family in such trying times. Simultaneously MD Roman Sarkar also learned to put computer parts together from scratch by himself and honed his skills over time, resulting in getting more job opportunities on the basis of that. Later, a company that MD Roman Sarkar was working for offered him a contract to teach Digital Marketing at the Bangladesh Government LEDP Project and asked him to run this program.

In 2017, MD Roman Sarkar became the Founder of Geniusplug Technology, where he is currently working. He also founded BangladeshTodays.

In 2019 MD Roman Sarkar worked as an IT officer. After working for a year at this firm, he joined IT officer, where he served for a year, and then began working at Smile Network on a similar post.

In 2020, MD Roman Sarkar became a lead Trainer CareersHub Bangladesh. After a brief period of six months at this firm, MD Roman Sarkar was Promoted to Head of the department.

MD Roman Sarkar is also a renowned Mentor keynote speaker and has addressed numerous events on the topics of business development, digital entrepreneurship, and others.
