Corporate Social Responsibility[edit]
In 2015, MF Capital founded Pearl Humanitarian Rescue Institution (PHR) alongside a group of aspiring Chinese entrepreneurs and doctors, as a Chinese-based humanitarian and non-profit organisation.
With its headquarter located in Beijing, China, PHR is set up with dual objectives, to provide emergency humanitarian aid for affected areas around the world in times of wars or unexpected global disasters and deploy long-term humanitarian medical projects in less developed areas in China.
Since its establishment, PHR has been actively participating in several emergency rescue operations such as the “4.25 Nepal Earthquake”, “4.17 Ecuador Earthquake” and “Hurricane Matthew in Haiti”. In addition, PHR has also successfully implemented various long-term medical assistance projects globally, from Qinghai and Sichuan province in China to Ecuador, Northern Burma and the Middle East.
